Frequently Asked Questions
The questions below cover the catalogue itself and the way demo slots work. How demo slots work goes into more detail on the second, and the glossary defines the terms used throughout.
Using the catalogue
There are four ways in, and all of them lead to the same entries: by studio, by theme, by feature, or by name through the catalogue search. The search matches the title as the studio spells it, so a partial word is usually enough.
If a lobby has given you only a code, search for the code: every entry records it, and it is the one identifier that does not change between operators.
Questions and answers
Can I play a game on this site?
No. SpinMobile is a catalogue and loads no games. Where a studio publishes a free demo, it runs on the studio’s own site or at a licensed operator.
Why does the catalogue list titles with no demo available?
Because the catalogue documents what exists, not only what can be played. Several studios publish no public demo, and others withdraw them; the entry still records the title, the studio and the game code.
What is a provider game code and why is it shown?
It is the studio’s own identifier for a title. Casino lobbies use it internally, so it is the most reliable way to confirm that two differently labelled entries are the same game, or that two similar names are not.
Why do some titles have a short entry instead of a full write-up?
Full write-ups are produced title by title and the catalogue holds more than a thousand entries. Short entries record only what can be verified from data; they are marked as such and kept out of search engine indexes until completed.
Why is there no RTP figure on most pages?
Several studios ship the same title at more than one return setting, and the operator decides which one runs. A single figure quoted without that context would be wrong as often as right, so the paytable inside the game is cited instead.
Do demo slots pay better than real-money slots?
No. The build and the mathematics are the same. The impression usually comes from playing far more spins in a demo than in a paid session.
Is a title with 1000 in its name a thousand times better?
No. The figure is a multiplier ceiling, not a typical outcome. Those versions are generally more volatile than the originals: the same return distributed into rarer, larger wins.
Why are some well-known studios missing?
Because their catalogues cannot be confirmed from public listings. A studio is added when each of its titles can be checked against its own material, rather than filled in from secondhand lists.
Can a thumbnail be missing?
Yes. Artwork is served from the studios’ own files rather than copied here, so a studio moving or withdrawing an image leaves a placeholder tile with the title’s initials in its place.
How do I report a mistake?
Through the contact page. Corrections to a name, a studio or a game code are useful, and they are applied in the next catalogue update.
