Terms of Use

Permitted use

You may read, link to and quote from these pages with attribution. You may not copy the catalogue wholesale, republish it as your own, or extract it by automated means at a rate that affects the service for others.

Access may be restricted where that happens, or where use is unlawful in your jurisdiction.

Age and eligibility

This site is intended for adults. Gambling with money is restricted to adults everywhere it is licensed, usually at 18 and in some jurisdictions at 21. You are responsible for knowing and observing the law that applies where you are.

Intellectual property

Game titles, studio names, logos and game artwork belong to their respective owners and appear here to identify the games being described. No affiliation with, sponsorship by or endorsement from any studio or operator is claimed.

The text, structure, page design and the compiled catalogue on this site are its own work. Requests concerning rights are dealt with through the contact page.

Accuracy

The catalogue is compiled from studio listings in good faith and may be incomplete or out of date. Titles are renamed, withdrawn and reissued without notice. No warranty is given that any entry is current, and the game’s own rules screen takes precedence over anything published here.

Liability

This site provides information. To the extent permitted by law it accepts no liability for any loss arising from reliance on that information, from gambling with money at any operator, or from the content or availability of any site linked from here.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes

These terms may be revised as the site changes. The version published here is the one in force, and continued use after a revision is acceptance of it.
